The scenario behind the architecture
This page gives the minimum scenario context needed before reviewing the technical architecture.
Northstar Consulting
A consulting and implementation firm that holds the customer relationship and already works across CRM, delivery, document, and billing systems. Vinculo uses only data the partner has explicitly approved for this workflow.
Atlas Energy
An existing partner customer expanding into new jurisdictions. Approved customer signals show rising licensing work and continued manual regulatory tracking. Nothing in the source data says Atlas is actively buying software.
Labrynth
An illustrative destination company offering regulatory compliance and licensing workflow software. In this scenario, it has an approved referral relationship with the partner and uses Salesforce for pipeline management.
What Vinculo does in this scenario
- 01Combines approved customer signals across systems and infers a possible regulatory compliance and licensing need. Need confidence: High.
- 02Evaluates that need against the partner's approved destination relationships. Destination fit: Strong.
- 03Checks whether the destination already has an active opportunity for the prospect. In this demo, that check occurs in Salesforce and finds none.
- 04Prepares a permitted warm introduction. The partner reviews the action, edits the message, and controls exactly what may be shared.
- 05Routes the approved action into the destination's existing commercial workflow. In this demo, that workflow is Salesforce.
- 06Captures downstream outcomes such as referral acceptance, introduction completion, meeting booked, opportunity creation, and qualification. No deal value is inferred or claimed.
Vinculo becomes more attractive economically if the expensive parts of a partner deployment can be reused across multiple approved destination relationships. In this scenario, the partner already has three approved relationships, and two destination companies use Salesforce. The architecture question is whether adding the second destination is primarily configuration or requires substantial new engineering.
DisclaimerNorthstar Consulting and Atlas Energy are fictional. Labrynth is used only as an illustrative destination company. All systems, records and integrations in this demo are simulated — there is no backend, no live AI and no real CRM connection.
