Stage 8 · Reuse

A second relationship, on the same rails

The first scenario is complete. Northstar's existing data connections stay the same. CloudAxis also uses Salesforce, so the question is simple: can Vinculo support a second commercial relationship mostly through setup, or does each new destination require meaningful new work?

What would need to be set up for CloudAxis

These are the pieces that may be reusable from the first destination. The point of the test is to find out how much still requires new work.

0/6
The question is how much of the first destination work can be reused for the second.

What should be reusable

  • Northstar's existing customer-signal access.
  • The same underlying need, relationship, permission, and action logic.
  • Some or all of the existing Salesforce destination connection.

The demo shows the favorable case. Real implementations may require more work, and that is exactly what this stage is meant to test.

Product hypothesis

Vinculo becomes more attractive if one partner connection can support many destination relationships, and if common destination systems can be reused rather than rebuilt each time.

Falsification condition

If every new destination requires substantial custom work, the model becomes much harder to scale.

What this stage is really testing

Can the same partner-side access produce useful actions across multiple approved commercial relationships without the cost of adding each new relationship rising at the same rate?

This is the key economic question.
